I surely CAMBAMed hundreds or thousands of polylines, but I can see that for the first time.

The MOP inside is just a plain copy from MOP outside.
The I set to inside.

Creating toolpaths I get an error message : "Specified cast is not valid."

Huh

Any ideas ?

Hello

I can't explain why this happens, but it is the Polyline 5 that is causing the error with the leadout.

You can solve that with a "polyline arc fit" (tolerance 0.02) on polyline 5

Changing the MOP start point also solve the problem

Note also that none of the straight lines are real straight lines but arcs with very large radius ... (you can see that if you examine the bulge value in points collection of the polyline or if you explode the polyline)

I'll point this behavior too Andy

Also;

1. it only affects polyline 5 in the "inside" toolpath
2. if you change the order of ID's so that 5 is not the first, e.g. 11,16,5, then is works okay

Yes, because if the order is <>, the start point is not at the same place on polyline 5.

- Moving the MOP start point from a very small amount from the polyline start point works too.
- If you set the bulges value that are like 0.00002... to 0 to get real straight lines, that works too.
- Works also if you change the polyline start point itself.

So the leadout don't like to be on THIS specific point of the polyline.(the one at X =-23.489103 Y=12.506274)
