Good day

I imported a very simple dxf
 I created toolpaths
I generated gcode

On my CNC machine I get an error " x out of limit "

I am wondering if I need to set the origin to bottom left of my drawings.
Any idea how to do that?

Thank you in advance

To change the drawing origin, you simply select all drawing elements (all 'primitives'), and move them together as a unit (numerical move plugin works well).

Move the drawing to wherever you wish, relative to the hardware origin.

On most physical machines, you can also move the physical machining origin to wherever you wish, in order to match your drawing's origin.

I am making parts that don’t fit the machine travels. I pick up the location of a feature that is in the travel range and tell the machine X 27.5 Y -3 instead of X0 and Y0 and all is good.
