Hey again, i have a new problem Smiley

I add CB file and pic form what is real detail.
The arc is not exact as needed.. i tried to change various parameters but  tis still not  quite right  .
 i marked problem with red in pic.

Can anyone control over where is error or how to fix it

1. Do not use a tool number of 0, for the roughing change the tool number to say 99 and in the finishing make it 98.
2. I would use a smaller tool for the finishing cut, say 3mm
3. The depth of cut for finishing is too big, reduce it to about 0.2mm

Hello

Using the scanline mode would be better than the waterline mode for this shape.

As said Eddy, do not use tool# = 0 and do not use the same number for different tools (same diam, but not same tool profile)

an example that use endmill Ø6 and Ø3 + a Ø3 ballnose

the 6 mm endmill is used to rough ; the 3mm endmill to do the 3 sharp angles and a 3mm ballnose to cut the 3d shape.
