Look, there is a free toyish 3D modeler for programming inclined people - OpenSCAD:
http://www.openscad.org/

Surprisingly, it is a very useful for a simple engineering forms.
Just type the code, tweak it until ok, export to stl, load in cambam and mill away )

That is the part I created (and milled), and there is all the code:
Code:
$fn=50;

sphere_h = 6;
top_sphere_h = 8;

difference()
{
    union()
    {
        intersection() {
            cylinder(h=9, d=24);
            translate([0,0,-28+sphere_h]) sphere(r=28, $fn=50);
        }

        intersection()
        {
            cylinder(h=15, d=24);
            translate([0,0,9/2])
            {
                difference() {
                    cube ([14,14,9], center=true);
                    for (x=[-7,7], y=[-7,7])
                        translate([x, y, -9]) cylinder(h=18, r=4);
                }
                cube([6,25,9], center=true);
                cube([25,6,9], center=true);
            }
        }
    }

    translate([0,0, 100+top_sphere_h]) sphere(r=100, $fn=100);
}
}

If you like using OpenSCAD, they now have an android version called ScorchCAD that you could play around with too.
