Is the Shop Open ?

I am interested in buying the Full Package  CamBam,Cutviewer,Mach.
However I would like Mach4 rather than Mach3.
I asked the question if this was possible,using the Shop Feedback Form  but have not received a reply.
Also I tried to download Cutviewer using the link on the ordering page but it comes back with an error.

So what is the shop status ?

mostly Andy reply in 1 or 2 working days for licencing, but He said me He have sometime mails problems, so if you get no news about 3 or 4 days, ask me and I can Email an SOS to Andy

I have a frustrating email problem with the forum where some registration emails are not getting through
