Hello Eddy

I just install the last version

translation is working  Wink

a little problem remain, the menu item text must never be translated (except if you creates your own form with menu) ; if it is translated it appears twice in the translation list ( item and !item) when we use the "flag untranslated" option in the translation plugin (and appears as !!item in the menu)

I've also other unwanted entries that appears in the translation list for some times, but currently I'm not able to know what plugin is responsible ... I must investigate.

edit: I just show a tippo error in "Tool Diameter"  the first "e" is missing in both roughing and finishing

Hello Eddy  Wink

On both version, sometimes the plugin generate roughing toolpath even if the checkbox is disabled.

- run the plugin
- check the roughing box
- close without creating toolpath
- re open the plugin > the roughing box is not checked but if you generate TP, you get the roughing TP.

I think the pb is only with the roughing checkbox that is not updated to the saved value when the form is opened.

Also, I don't know if it's a bug or the way the plugin is working, but if I try to do shape with few points (to do a square or a triangle) there is small strait lines aligned on the X axis like on the picture in attachment.

New version 6 attached

This allows resulting toolpath helix lines to be copied to a specified 'Group' of objects.

Please see here for the main reason behind this; http://www.cambam.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=6614.msg53330#msg53330

Obviously it also requires the Groups plugin to be installed; http://www.atelier-des-fougeres.fr/Cambam/Aide/Plugins/Groups.html

I've modified this as quick as possible so please report any bugs etc.

Version 7 attached

One for CamBam v1.0, one for CamBam 0.98

Added a dropdown so users can select accuracy (tolerance), the lower the number the longer will be the calculation time.
The value is not units dependant so the same accuracy will apply to both mm and inches.

Edit: attachments removed, see later post for new version

Eddy,
Clearly you are running out of great improvements for this plugin. So how about making it sweep around shapes other than a circle? In fact if you could sweep the shape profile along just a straight line that could be useful too. One could easily cut molding and such.
