Thanks Phil, always great to see how other people do stuff.

I'd really like to see some pictures / info of actually using the stencil to apply the paste and soldering.
Do you use the ubiquitous converted toaster oven method?

I was curious also.
I don't know much about it, I usually do point to point solders.

I am guessing this is for surface mount stuff?

Yes it's for surface mount.  Toaster over or hot air gun, depends on size and qty.  Nothing special on solder paste process.  I use zephpaste which comes in a syringe, so I just go over the areas where the stencil has holes and use a piece of scrap brass the same as I make the stencil from.
