Here are the .cb files for my PVC cable carrier. The finished width of the chain is 1.375 inches, but this is easily changed by altering the width of the top and bottom pieces. Thanks again to Shannon of CNCZone for the inspiration and the original .dxf files.

The sides are 1/4" pvc, the tops and bottoms are 1/8" pvc. Everything was cut with a 1/8" end mill.

* cable chain sides.cb (15.15 KB - downloaded 341 times.)
* cable chain top and bottom.cb (32.41 KB - downloaded 325 times.)

This is perfect.  Could you share some additional pics and description of the metal bracket on the that attaches the PVC to the CNC machine?  Thanks again!

The metal bracket is simply a piece of 0.100" aluminium that I folded into a U shape to match the width of the cable carrier. It has a small lip folded down at the end to allow me to bolt it to the X axis carriage, and the carrier is held in place by a single bolt and nut.

how many feet can you get out of say a 2'x2' sheet of pvc?
