Used sample MOP in Lathe with cutviewer and go this problem on Arc.

Can't understand why the arc is cut correct doing rough but incorrect when finish.  I have used cutviewer.  Not the tool arc on the curved face.
What am I doing wrong?

This works OK for me, but I have modified my _gcode.nci file. (See attached)
This is located in the CutViewer Turn folder.

The original contained this...

IJkformat_abs=end-center
IJkformat_incr=abs(end-center)

My revised one has...

IJkformat_abs=center-start
IJkformat_incr=center-start

It's been a while since I changed that, so the details are a little hazy, but basically that was done to get CutViewer to be consistent with Mach3.

It seems that if in the post processor under options I change the Arc Output to either "Helix Convert To Lines" or "Convert To Lines" the problem goes away.  The problem is only there on the last MOP with the setting on "Normal".

Andy our postings crossed, I won't change the Cutviewer file till I find out which way works best witht he Fanuc controler.

One thing for sure this is a interesting job and the lathe is not delivered yet.
