BUG - not using plunge feedrate in holding tabs

Noto has pointed out a bug in the holding tab feature of the new release.
When the toolpath goes back down after the tab, it is using the cutting feedrate and not the plunge feedrate as it really should.
I will put a fix for this in the next release, but will hold off putting a new version out for a little while in order to wrap up any other issues that may come to light.
In practice this may not be a huge problem as tab heights are typically small so will probably still be ramping speed up in the controller.
Care should be taken, especially when working with harder materials and small cutters
.
I have tested the tab code in aluminium with 2mm carbide cutters and didn't spot this problem but my tab heights were only 0.2mm.
Thanks for pointing this out Noto!
